Associate editors are able to add a new reviewer. To do:

• Add a new reviewer: Simply type the email of the new reviewer in "Assignee" textbox. Afterwards, AE will be able to enter the reviewer's name and title. Then, an automated email will be sent to the desired reviewer and s/he will be able to sign in to to the journal system.
• Invite registered reviewers: Just write name or email of that reviewer or select it via list of classified reviewers.
