EIC is able to get informed about the AE tasks that has been delayed and their due date is expired. It it the EIC decision to whether extend the due date of AE or  replace the AE.

In order to extend the due date, EIC can click on title of a desired manuscript and in the open page, EXTEND the "review due date" by day number.

In order to replace AE, EIC can click on title of a desired manuscript and in the open page click on "peer review process" tab and replace the AE.
