This step is after accepting decision by EIC, to continue, click the upload Final Files.

You can see the list of manuscripts waiting for Finalizing File. Please click to continue.
Please note that: when the author uploads the manuscripts’ files, figures etc. the system automatically will make two PDF files in the background. One PDF for the full manuscript without title page, figure, other file and the other for the full article PDF’s.
For find it check bellow steps:

1. Click on “Upload final Files” button to continue:

   

2. Find all of files with all of type files (for exp: Title page – Full manuscript – Figures – Other File) and download it by “Download Selected” button.

   

3. EIC must upload final file [ONE WORD FILE (*.DOCX) with full detail (Title page - Full Structured Manuscript - Footnotes – References – Tables - Figures) that is ready send to publisher] at this step.

4. Click on “Upload” button and upload final file (that is a one word file) on the other file type at list.

5. Click on “Submit” button and article will send to “Send to Publisher” State.
