We believe that Editor in Chief knows the articles in the journal better than anyone else. Therefor each EIC has the ability to write down their comments on each article to be published in HTML version of the article. In order to do so, EICs can submit a ticket via EIC portal or use the instruction below (for some journals accessibility to this feature might be limited).

EIC note can be added in PUBLISH states.

Since only one note can be added to each article, after adding a note by EIC, s/he can only edit the existing note.
