How to edit reviews submitted by EIC?

EIC is able to manage decision by two ways:

1. If the article is in Waiting for EIC status, you can enter your reviewing submission by only clicking on “Submit EIC Decision” and in “Peer Review Process” table beside all reviewers and AE that have already submitted their decisions, a green button named “See Review” can be seen. By clicking on that button, you will be directed to that reviewer or AE decision page and you can even edit their decisions and save it by clicking on “Save Review” button at the end of the page. After saving the edited decision, click on the left button “Back to Review” in order to enter your own page. Thus you can edit all of the decisions that are submitted by all reviewers and AE. By the way if a file is uploaded by a reviewer or AE, you can see them on your page and if you want these files to be seen by the author in revision, you can use “Allow Access Author” button. 
2. EIC is able to do all the above by clicking on the title of the article and then by clicking on Manuscript Info and then in Peer Review Process tab in the bellow states.
