Definition:
Full proxy is a new service of Neoscriber for EICs which allows them to log in on behalf of a user (without knowing their username of password). It should be noted that all the actions of EIC during proxy enabled modes will be recorded in the history. Besides, an EIC is only able to do proxy on users with lower roles like AEs, reviewers, and authors.

 

How to do proxy:

• Login to website with your EIC account
• ​Go to "User Admin" > Open "People List" > Search desired person > Click "Proxy (in Journal)"
• Then you are able to see [user's name] in top-right pane

How to Exit from Proxy mode:

• Sign out from top-right pane

Sign out from "Proxy Mode" is very important for EICs.
