EIC can upload feature files only in PUBLISH revision that can be accessed on the publish site and they neither change nor stick to the PDF or xml version of the article.

How to Upload Feature Files:

EIC> Find your target article> Click on article title> Manuscript info> Details> Files

Feature files will be available on publish site.

Notes:

1. Feature files can only be uploaded before publish revision.
2. File extension should be:
   • Feature Video: .mp4
   • Feature Audio: .mp3
   • Feature Slide: .ppt or .pptx
   • Feature Image: .jpg / .jpeg / .png / .tiff or .eps
3. File size limitation is 2~3 MB.
4. Upload feature image has been moved here from metadata section. By uploading a feature image for an article, it will stick to the left side of the article window in publish site; therefore it is better to upload a feature image that is related to the content of the article.
