Since Jan 2017, a new version of "Journal Management System" was started in all journals titled "Neoscriber Version 3".

Those article with Minor or Major revisions, in the previous journal website (old journal system or Neoscriber Version 2), needs to be re-submitted in new version (3) as a “New Submission”.

How to Submit a revised manuscript in version 3?

1. Sign in to journal website > Change your role to Author (in top-right pane) > click on “Submit New Manuscript" and follow all submission steps.

You should write your Article ID of the old journal website and the number of revision of the article (“Revision 2” for example) in a file that contains reply to reviewers (in .docx format) that should be uploaded as “Other Files” and "Cover Letter" type file.
